I like to try free software as much as the next person. Comments there aren't all bad, but "phishing or other scams" is mentioned repeatedly. The results aren't the least bit reassuring. I went to Robtex to check on this outfit. A Web site that holds you hostage until you chat with a salesman? Would anyone here knowingly go into a brick-and-mortar store that locked the door behind you and wouldn't let you leave until you talked to a salesperson? Decent people operating a legitimate business would never do anything like that.
