I like to try free software as much as the next person. Comments there aren't all bad, but "phishing or other scams" is mentioned repeatedly. It's a place where users can report their experiences with various Web sites and businesses. Here's a link to the WOT site behind what that excerpt said. The results aren't the least bit reassuring. I went to Robtex to check on this outfit. A Web site that holds you hostage until you chat with a salesman? Would anyone here knowingly go into a brick-and-mortar store that locked the door behind you and wouldn't let you leave until you talked to a salesperson? Decent people operating a legitimate business would never do anything like that.
